My goal this year is to complete my first Iron Man UK on the 2nd August. I wanted a new challenge with different demands on training and race planning, meaning more training and less racing, not like in previous years with Sprint, Olympic and Middle Distance. It is very exciting and a refreshing out look to have for the years racing. With Fiona's expertise behind me, I will be successful in my goal. We're planning different sorts of races each month to help me prepare for the big day. March 15th Silver stone Half Marathon, 19th April 25m TT Great Missenden, 24th May Merchant Taylor Triathlon, 14th June 70.3 Wimbleball, 12th July 50m TT Amersham. So far it's going well, I'm really enjoying the training that Fiona has set me. It's been great so far having Fiona as my coach with lots of feedback and weekly programs, and the Fitness Journal works really well and keeps both of us up to date.
